In other news: the online retailer Amazon is delivering over 11 hundred new jobs in Scotland after choosing Fife as the location for its biggest distribution centre in Britain; the number of people who have died from flu in Scotland has almost doubled in the past week; as Australia counts the cost of the deadly floods, hundreds of Scots have been caught up in the disaster; and in sport, Neil Lennon says the spat between Celtic and the SFA will only come to an end when referees start doing their jobs properly.
