Overstimulation and stress

As we move into the new millennium, we are experiencing the effects of increasing environmental, economic and psychological stress. Sensory overload is taxing the human body. The pressure on all life on Earth have adopted unprecedented levels.

Our bodies are subject to an onslaught of human-induced stressors: back and forth across the fields of microwave, radio, television and electronic transmissions, pollution, noise and traffic, and the bombardment of information and advertising andthe requirements to produce more and more effectively in the face of tough economic competition. In addition, the threat comes from terrorism and war, created a palpable level of fear in the world and we have a culture that is caused by stress, tension dominates, and anxiety. We are beings of energy vibrating on the brink of collapse in a sea of over-stimulation.

How do we keep the balance? What do we do if an intense stressors, such as a lost job, divorce or death of a loved one ends up onthe burden we bear? What if to complicate things, this burden is based on a personal history of trauma?

One of the main reasons why we have a hard time, is out of this cycle that we do not realize how deeply we are affected by stress. On the surface it is possible to speak in a time crunch, feeling burned out, or have gone. We joke about vibrating from all the pressure. When our stress is increased, we feel that we are to disengage. We steam being let off in more or lessproductive opportunities, from exercise to alcohol, road rage, but it remains the underlying pattern of denial.

Psychologists describe our ongoing tension, or the fight / flight response, the response to the inexorable fronts of over-stimulation. This response pattern is characterized by high-frequency called brain waves beta waves. We operate as if we are on high alert all the time.

In addition, doctors are discovering how this condition affects constant tensionour wellbeing. Stress creates chronic patterns of muscular tension. Muscle tension restricts the flow of blood, lymph and nerve impulses. The cells are clearly deprived of oxygen and nutrients and no toxic substances. This leads to chronic pain, cellular toxicity and a decrease in the immune response.

On an emotional level, we experience chronic anxiety and reactive response pattern projected characterized by inappropriate anger and guilt and criticism. Mentally, we willlocked into rigid patterns of thinking characterized by a defensive attitude ruled by fear. Spiritually we can not isolate a victim of circumstances and ourselves in a survival mode. While our problems are not new, the pace of modern life, their negative effects multiply exponentially.

If that sounds overly grim, take heart. It may shift the motivation of our state of consciousness. It can intensify the search for ways to live any differently. In recent decades, a time-honoredLight has begun through the dense, tangled lines of our modern networks shine. This light shines through a multitude of old and new refractions. We see the emergence of a variety of holistic methods.

In support of these phenomena, research has shown that certain exercises for body and mind stress reduction and deep relaxation through slow Alpha Theta brain frequencies. In countries affected by these exercises, such as a slowdown occurs simultaneously in many of the bodySystems. This slowdown produces integration, synchronization, and healing effect. The practice of these exercises can develop our capabilities, enabling us to handle the pressure of our lives.

In these exercises even further, we are able to develop their senses and modes of perception, were deferred to know in human evolution, as we have them. We develop the ability to recognize and care for ourselves as energetic beings that we are on the lowest level.

ThanIntroduction to the expansion of consciousness domain, biofeedback research shows that we have some positive aspects of our lives that we thought that automatic and inaccessible, such as brain frequencies, heart rate, respiration, muscle tension and chronic influence of the name to name a few. Guided Imagery Research has demonstrated the power of imagination and visualization in overcoming the disease and increasing wellness. Meditation Research describes how through the application of awareness and intention, we canpositively to the complicated ways that serve as the Director of Qi ( "Chi"), the general energizing force that animates our body.

Dr. John Sarno, a physician who specializes in pain relief, has shown that emotions play a big role and awareness in health and disease. He coined the term tension myositis syndrome (TMS) to a variety of symptoms that are caused by stress, tension has been created to describe, and suppressed anger. To show the direct relationship of consciousness to TMS, he found that"The awareness, understanding, knowledge and information were the drugs, the magic would cure this disease" (The Mindbody Prescription, New York: Warner Books, Inc., 1998, p. xxi). This supports what the physicist said for many years, which is that consciousness and reality are interwoven; mind and matter are inextricably linked. As part of Qigong meditation, we see the body, feeling, soul and spirit form a feedback system that uses this to our state of the shift canBeing.

Tension-causing sensory overload is prevalent both our problem and our window of opportunity. It should be emphasized by a deep understanding of our own, we realized that we find a new way. If we take to discover the source of stress and measures to resolve these tensions, and we are open to new possibilities. We recover and develop our Fuller sensitivities and feelings of vitality.

These are not in a fog of fantasy or merely tickle the ear sweet words. This is a well-mapped path. TheChinese have used qigong meditation as an effective tool for self-development for thousands of years. You can get a free introduction to this method and you'll discover a step-by-step program of qigong meditation in my "LEARN QIGONG MEDITATION" course available http://www.learnqigongmeditation.com
